Corner in Bloom

Sale-a-Bration ends on Feb. 28th and this is a beautiful set to get FREE with a $120 purchase.  We had fun in my classes this week using this set and spent some time coloring--it was really quiet while everyone colored!  You can stamp it once to create an "L" shaped image or twice to create a rectangle.  It's up to you.  The With You in Mind set has words that fit right in.  Oh and the Fresh Freesia Seam Binding and Purple Adhesive Backed Sequins were also FREEBIES during SAB!!!

Fruit Salad--Free with SaleaBration

Heart-Shaped Cris-Cross Fun Fold

Happy Saturday--I love to make cards that include hearts!!  This Fun Fold Card does that and more.  It uses a unique fun fold, too.  Thanks to Susie Wood for the Fun Fold ideaBoth the stamp set bundle and the Designer Series Papers are FREEBIES from SaleaBration.  Notice the texture behind the hearts--it gives dimension to the card.  After stamping the heard onto the Basic White square cardstock and embossing it with the Plaster Painting Embossing Folder, I adhered a piece of the Multi-Purpose Adhesive Sheet (retired) to the back and then die cut the heart.  It was so easy to stick it on top of the stamped heart.

Here are the dimensions for the card--involves some cutting!

• Petunia Pop- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & diagonally cut from top right corner to bottom left corner.  Then flip & attach that piece to the bottom left corner of the card.
• Petunia Pop- 3 1/4 x 3 1/4"
• Petunia Pop- 1" strip- die cut flowers
• Petunia Pop- 1/2" strip- stamp words onto & flag end with Paper Snip Scissors 
  
• Azure Afternoon- 3 x 3"
• Azure Afternoon- 2 3/4" strip- die cut wreath
  
• Basic White- 3 1/4" strip- die cut stitched square
  
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
