A Monkey, Balloons, and Some Daisies

Happy Monday!!!  Hope you all had a great weekend!  You might be wondering what a monkey, balloons, and some daisies have in common.  They were each the focus of a card we made last week in my classes.

Little Monkey, inspired by Kate Morgan, is just a happy card!!  The card base is Pecan Pie with a die cut in Radiating Dies in Lemony Lime layered on top.  Then using Radiating Dies again on Basic White CS, stamp the sentiment and branches, color in with Blends.  Stamp the monkey and banana on a scrap white and use the punch to cut him out.  Use dimensional to pop him up and you're done!

Beautiful Balloons, inspired by Akiko Sudano, can be given to celebrate all different occasions. Bubble Bath CS is card base, layered with Bright & Beautiful DSP.  Solid balloon is stamped with Bubble Bath ink on scrap CS and then detail stamped with Fresh Freesia ink.  Die cut the balloon. Use the Freesia Blend to add color to White Baker's Twine to create your string.  Stamp a sentiment and add some embellishments and you're done!
Cheerful Daisies uses something a bit different.  The Lemon Lolly daisies are first die cut out of Moody Mauve, then embossed with 3D folder.  Next, adhere Moody Mauve  CS to Basic White.  Yo've now created negative space.  Stamp the daisies in Lemon Lolly.  Adhere to Moody Mauve card base.  On scrap white, stamp 3 stems and 4 leaves in Lemony Lime Twist and a Daisy in Boho Blue.  Stamp daisy centers with Copper Clay.  Die cut or fussy cut all your flower pieces. Stamp sentiment in Blueberry Bushel on Boho Blue.  Assemble card pieces, pop up leaves, blue daisy, and sentiment.  Add a double linen thread bow and some embellishments.
