Stampin' Up! creates the BEST Designer Series Papers!!! This card (created by Barb Brimhall) really highlights using that paper.
The three potted flowers are colored and then fussy cut (no dies) from the DSP. You have a variety of choices as to which potted flowers to use and what to color them because the paper is ALL black and white. The backside has different black and white designs ( I used the dotted one). Just color in with Stampin' Blends. Add your choice of sentiment and you can create a card for any occasion. Shop HERE
