Flowering Meadow + July Product + Summer Classes

Happy Friday!!!  It's hot here in the desert and summer has arrived.  I try go out early in the morning or evening.  With the wind blowing, it feels like you're walking into an oven!!  Stamping is a great distraction to the heat and it keeps me cool in the house (with the ceiling fan, of course).

This card (thanks Barb Brimhall) gives me the feeling of a cool morning with everything in bloom.  Love our purples and they go well with the new In Color, Peaceful Pine.  Using strips from the Velvet Meadow Designer Series Paper as the background adds to the beauty of the card.  

These stamps use the Two-Step Stamping Process that allows the flowers to look layered and dimensional that easily fit together to create a finished image. This set has great details that show up beautifully.

Tips--when stamping the larger flowers, stamp onto scrap paper first before stamping onto the card--creates lighter image.
