3 Holiday Ideas--

With the NEW Holiday Catalog becoming available tomorrow (do you have yours?), I wanted to share some Christas card ideas that we did last week in one of my monthly classes.  These are all products from the 2021-22 Annual Catalog---but, if yo order the items starting tomorrow, you can also earn Sale-a-Bration items!!

First--one of favorites--Snowmen!

These guys are soooo cute!!  There's a punch for the guy on the left.  Pool Party and Poppy Parade colors make them look happy.

Next is another favorite---Pine Tree

The Brick Embossing Folder adds just the right touch.  The tree is punched out the DSP square, but you don't see the negative space because the Cherry Cobbler circle is covering it up.  Get use of DSP.

Last, is the card I shared last week---

Evergreen Elegance is a new set this year in the catalog and the Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen add just the right colors.  Inside are punched trees to add color.  Remember, when you buy this bundle, I'll send you all the prepped materials to make 4 cards.  All you'll need to do is stamp!!!

Have a great week---Susie

Sweet as a Peach

Finally found time to play with this set.  I love the colors and possibilities.  This is a fun fold card, "cased" from Patty Bennett.  It was so easy to shade the colors of the peaches using sponge daubers.  Ink Peach stamp in Light color (Pale Papaya) and then sponge darker color (Calypso Coral) on stamp. I had two different Pale Papaya ribbons, so I used both.  It was super easy to make.  Sometimes my brain just can't put colors together--so glad Stampin' Up! list the colors for the DSP.  Speaking of DSP--select papers are on sale for 15% off!!

All For Baby

With our newest grand baby coming next month, I needed a cute card to go along with our gifts.  I haven't made a baby card in a long time, so I turned to my favorite source, Pinterest!  Laura Seki was the inspiration for this card--had to change it to a boy card.  I'm happy with the result.  Let me know what you think---Susie

Expressions in Ink

Love this Bundle!!!  So when I saw some ideas from Patty Bennett, I knew I had to Case them for my last class. The DSP that coordinates with it has gold on one side that brings depth to the cards!

This first card uses the new In Color, Polished Pink, the die from Artistic (cut with an adhesive sheet on the back for ease in adhering it to the card stock), and Tailored Tags dies for the sentiment.  Easy Peasy--when you pull the adhesive off, most of the intricate pieces come right out.  My kind of card--

The second card uses the new In Colors Pale Papaya, Fresh Freesia, and Granny Apple Green.  Stamp the flower first in Papaya, then use a Blender Brush to add Fresh Freesia around the edges. Scalloped Contoured dies was used for the sentiment.  The DSP with the gold stripes is also part of the package. Love that gold!

To order these products or any others, just pop over to my SU website.

Butterfly Brilliance in 3 Ways

It's always helpful to see the different ways a stamp bundle can be used.  Here are some ideas for the Butterfly Brilliance available through May 3rd.  Even though the Butterfly Bijou DSP is sold out, Stampin' Up! has other beautiful papers that would work just as well.

designed by Patti Bennett

The large butterfly die fits perfectly over the large butterfly stamps to die cut multiple butterflies at once.

Look closely at the pattern for the giraffe print.  It's made from the leftover pieces for the large butterfly!
