Be Mine

January has been a very busy stampin' month--a New Jan-Apr Mini, SaleaBration, and Last Chance products, and new product releases.  In the midst of all that busyness, I neglected to share the card that the ladies made at my monthly beginning card class at the Senior Anthem Center. It was a big success and the ladies got to do a variety of techniques (dry embossing, die cutting, using embossing powders).  All this was done with scraps from the beautiful Marbled Elegance Designer Paper.  Enjoy and have a great day!!

Otterly Adorable & 40% Off Ends Friday

Good Morning!!! My oldest granddaughter, Aubri, loves otters.  Her elementary school's mascot were river otters.  Perfect for her! I share that same love for otters--just so cute, cuddly, and loving (especially the mommas).  So of course when I saw the Otterly Adorable Suite, I knew it was for me. Suite comes with stamps, dies, DSP, cording, and gems. This card, created by Heidi Collins, caught my eye. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Randy Update & Fallish Card

I've had many of you ask about my son, Randy, and how he's doing.  Well, this Friday, he finally will have surgery to remove his "poop" bag and reconnect his intestines.  He'll be in the hospital four days to be sure everything is working and then home 2 weeks.  Prayer is requested for a successful surgery/recovery and for Randy and Jessica financially, with the down time from working.  Again, thanks for all the love, concerns, and prayers for him.  My sister stampers are an amazing group and I'm thankful for all of you.

Using Iconic Celebrations DSP

 Happy Saturday!!  It's a college football day (USC doesn't have a game), but there's always time to listen to the games and do some card making.  Using DSP from the Iconic Celebrations 6x6 pack, it was easy-peasy to make lots of this card.  Did you know you can die cut two pieces of DSP at a time (usually)?  Layer it onto embossed card stock and then a card base, add a sentiment and some bling, and you've got a card.  Since there's lots of different patterns in this pack, you've got lots of choices for different cards.  Oh, and don't forget,   you can use Stampin' Blends to color embellishments and twine.  So get creating!  This DSP is an online exclusive, so click here to see it. Don't want to order online?  Just send me what you want and I'll get it ordered for you. :)

Iconic Celebrations

Good Morning---I hope everyone a fun Labor Day Weekend and you had a chance to relax with family!  We made it an extra long weekend and got to celebrate Jamie's 3rd birthday.  He's a very busy and talkative 3-yr old!  

I simply love creating a card that uses a "fun fold" for the base.  This one is a "Z" fold and is simple to make.  Misty Moonlight is the base color with a bit of Gold Foil backing the "celebrate."  The only thing that took some time was die cutting all the snowflakes.
