Brights Blossom Bookmark

Every month Stampin' Up! sends their demonstrators a great magazine full of ideas and tips.  For March, they had the "how to" on making this bookmark.  This card was inspired by the design from Mary Fish's website (one of my favorites) and tweeked it using the new products from Summer Smooches--which is a sneak peek from the upcoming 2012-13 catalog coming out in June.  Summer Smooches will be available to you beginning April 1st.  Not only did I use products from Summer Smooches, but also the new Simply Scored Diagonal Plate (do you have yours yet?).  Notice too that the background  is done with the Stripes Textured Imbossing Folder--you can get this item FREE with a $50 order during SU's Sale-a-Bration (end 3/31/12).  My Inkyfingers group had fun making this at our monthly meeting.  See all the Summer Smooches Details.
Supplies:  Stamps--Mixed Bunch, Loving Thoughts; Ink--Early Espresso; Cardstock--Island Indigo, Daffodil Delight, Tangerine Tango, Whisper White, Summer Smooches Designer Series Paper; Accessories--Blossom Punch, 1" Circle Punch, Tangerine Tango Dotted Ribbon, Brights Buttons, Itty Bitty Buttons, In Color Brads, White Baker's Twine, Paper Piercing Tool, Dimensionals, Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Big Shot, Simply Scored Scoring Tool, Simply Scored Diagonal Plate, Sticky Strip.
Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think!!
