Timeless Tulips

Happy Monday!!!!  Here's a card that can put a smile on your face no matter what the weather is where you are---it's cloudy here in Henderson.  

Using the Timeless Tulips stamp set and Tulip Builder Punch, you can make this beautiful card.  You will do some fussy cutting of the smaller tulips, leaves, and stems.  Hope you'll find time to make this!
